About The Club

Milton Keynes Model Boat Club was formed in 2012.  The club caters for all types of model boats, including electric, steam, glow, diesel and petrol.

The Club has the use of Willen Lake in Milton Keynes, which was used by Willen Model Power Boat Club dissolved in January 2012.

The Willen Lake Complex provides good family facilities, a Health Club with a pub and restaurant, along with plenty of car parking spaces (pay and display).

A play area is available for children. You do need to join the club to be able to use the water, and both lake permits and insurance are included as part

of your club membership (for Club membership cost click here).

You will find somebody at the lakeside some Sunday mornings or evenings season permitting (check the What's on page or contact a member),

and we meet on the last Wednesday of the month at the The Ship Ashore,  Granville  Square,  Milton  Keynes,  bucks.  MK15  9JL at 8pm.
